This stuff is very simple to use: you must only include an image, setting the source as http://www.wizshelf.org/boinc.php?userId=%userId%&userName=%userName%, replacing %userId% with the userId of your SETI@home/BOINC account, and %userName% with the userName of your SETI@home/BOINC account (for white space use the code %20).
